To Do List:
Fill out your child’s profile in playground including uploading a photo
Complete and upload all of the required forms before the first day of school. Click on the three lines in the top left of the app and choose paperwork. You need to complete all of the forms and document requests that are marked "REQUIRED". Children cannot begin school until all of these forms are complete and uploaded. These include a birth certificate, a current immunization record, a current health form and the DCF forms.
Ensure that anyone who will be dropping off and picking up from school is listed as a guardian and has set up their app
Set up any carpools with friends from school in the app

Back to School:
Parent Orientation and teacher announcements are Thursday, August 17th at 7pm in the Gan-at-Home Zoom room. Just go to www.gansinai.org/zoom and use the passcode: ganathome.
Back-to-School day is Friday, August 18th
TGS: 9am-10am
PK2: 10am-11am
PK3: 11am-12pm
PK4: 12:30pm-1:30pm
K: 1:30pm-2:30pm
Please bring all of your supplies on Friday, August 18th to Back-to-School day
You will receive your school shirt and two carpool passes when you arrive.
Join us for our first Playground Shabbat to meet all of your friends on Saturday, August 19th from 10am-12pm.
School Calendar and Schedule:
School calendar is available in the app and at www.gansinai.org/calendar
Drop off is between 8:45 and 9:00am
Half day dismissal is from 12:15-12:30pm
Full day dismissal is from 2:45-3:00pm (Monday-Thursday) and 2:15-2:30pm (Friday)
Slow Start:
For our NEW students in TGS and PK2 or children in these groups who may need a bit more time adjusting to the start of school we will have a slow start. In the first week of school these children will come from 9:30-10:30am on Monday; 9:30-11:30am on Tuesday; and 9:00-12:15 on Wednesday. Returning children in these classes may attend for regular school hours.
After care and Enrichment begin on August 28:
Early care starts at 8:00am. No need to register. Just drop off and check your child in here in the app.
Aftercare ends at 5:30 Monday-Thursday and 5:00 on Fridays. No need to register. Just pick up and check your child out here in the app. Children picked up late will be charged a late fee.

Don't Forget:
All children must have all of the required forms completed and uploaded in the Playground app before beginning schools
You must display your carpool pass whenever you are on campus for drop off or pick up
Please make sure your child has a full change of clothes to leave at school.
TGS, PK2 and PK3 please also bring a sleep mat and diapers and wipes (if appropriate)
All children are invited to wear their Gan Sinai shirts for Shabbat on Fridays.
